Thanks for visiting! Allow me to introduce myself. I am a degreed and credentialed Exercise Physiologist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I am also pursuing my Master's Degree in Nutrition and Human Performance with expected graduation by 2020. Science is the foundation of my career. As such, I am passionate about bridging the gap between theory and application for my client's health in a way that is both light and engaging.
As a strength coach and former athlete, there are a lot of parallels between training for physical performance and training for the game we call LIFE. At times it takes sacrifice, diligence and patience, but what is oftentimes overlooked is the true skill to listen intuitively to our bodies and work with them with grace and understanding to accomplish our goals and desires.

Fun Facts: I am an ambassador for Morris Animal Foundation and my own charity, Team W.A.G.- Maggie’s Legacy. I love any opportunity to promote the human-animal bond while educating humans on how to best help their dogs live happy, healthy and fulfilled lives. I am also a K9 Fit Club Master Trainer that can help both you and your dog become healthier together.
