COMMIT TO BE FIT

Join us for a six-week introductory program where you and your beloved furbaby can spend quality time together while working on your fitness. No matter if you’re a beginner or a long-time exerciser, get a great workout and pawsitive reinforcement. The program consists of six fitness classes up to 45-minutes in duration*. In addition, enjoy personalized and private lifestyle coaching sessions to help you fine-tune your pathway to success. Here is what you can expect when you sign up:

In-depth personal fitness evaluation assessing blood pressure, resting heart rate, body composition, cardiovascular and muscular fitness.

Comprehensive intake process for your dog which includes his or her daily activity, medical history and getting to know their individual personalities.

Curriculum-based lifestyle coaching discussing S.M.AR.T. goal setting, nutrition education like label reading, portion control, macronutrient exploration, fitting in fitness throughout the week, becoming your own health advocate and building your personal foundation for success – and yes, homework will be assigned for you AND your pup!

Please note that K9 Fit Club classes are available for dogs without any behavioral issues. Programs are by no means a substitute for behavioral training.

For all K9 Fit Club classes, the following forms must be completed prior to your first session in addition to proof of vaccinations for your dog. Failure to do so will delay you from participating in the program:

Bow Wow Boot Camp
Every Saturday morning at 10:15 am
It's time to pump it up! An intermediate level class, Bow Wow Boot Camp continues to build you and your pooch's capacity for exercise. We incorporate interval and agility-based movements, balance training and of course, a lot of fun!
